Daniel Bayles is the CEO and Owner of Monarch Recruiters LLC, a leading full-service recruiting firm with great expertise filling difficult positions nationwide.
As an executive leader, Daniel focuses to create and build a collaborative and synergistic culture, and a coherent brand identity based upon core values of professionalism, entrepreneurship, and integrity. He is also an active recruiter working on jobs across a broad range of functional and industry lines of business.
He works with clients to fill their most challenging positions ranging from permanent to retained placements across the United States. Understanding clients’ needs and delivering top performing passive candidates is his highest priority.
Daniel was nationally recognized within the Management Recruiters system. Prior to becoming an owner, Daniel has gained exceptional experience working for MR of Gaithersburg where he earned the President’s Club Award every year with the firm (140% of quota over five years). Following his time with MR Gaithersburg, he successfully started and sold a commercial recruiting firm, the Ardent Recruiting Group. Over his career, Daniel has successfully placed many candidates in the public and private sector for defense and software technology companies.
Daniel is a graduate of The Robert H. Smith School of Business from The University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing. Daniel resides on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with his wife and daughter.
